After the Choose a mail account to add screen opens, select Add Other Mail Account and press Continue. Note: If you have configured Apple Mail on this computer before, you need to add another account to access your Google Apps Account. In the Outlook program, go to Tools – Account Settings and click on New to create a new. Go to your Google Apps mail account – Mail Settings – Forwarding and POP/IMAP and then choose the Enable POP for all mail option as shown below. It’s important to keep in mind that any calendar found in the My Calendars section of Google Calendars will sync with your Mac, along with your Contact’s Birthdays and Events.
